The extensive analysis of the dynamics relativistic spinning particles is presented. Using coadjoint orbits method Hamiltonian explicitly described. main technical tool factorization general Lorentz transformation into pure boost and rotation. equivalent constrained on Poincare group (viewed as configuration space) derived complete classification constraints performed. It shown that first class generate local symmetry corresponding to stability subgroup some point orbit. Dirac brackets for second are computed.
